I swim at Life Time Fitness off Trinity Mills in Carrollton Mon and Wed evenings! If you ever want to join me, feel free! I can make sure you get a good workout in the pool.

My goal is 4,000. I may talk myself down to 3,000 though. HA!

BBBOOOO to you leaving! I was just getting warmed up. Then I was bored after you left and only made it 3,000 meters. I like chasing feet.

I sometimes like the water aerobics classes...they give it that open water feel if you in far lane

nah.. that is a nice pool,, I did my swim lessons with Kristen there.. I think I might try out that new French health club, they have a pool... La Fitness... I dig french chicks

Well I won't be there either! Rain/thunder in the area... LTF closes the pool at the hint of bad weather.

I'm heading to the Farmer's Branch Natatorium. They once told me they would stay open if a hurricane were hitting. They don't shut it down when it's thundering/lightening/raining.

The guy @ the LTF front desk told me they shut down because the pool is not grounded, i.e. lightning strike = fried swimmers.... The facility used to be a grocery store I guess.
