Slow 2 mile walk, just trying to ease sore muscles. Stopped to stretch a few times during. Walking still tough (especially stairs), but my kids get a good laugh out of it.

Poor Sharon. ;-)

I did 4.12 mile run walk still at w3/r2. Will move up after the next run. I am now pain free thanks to the inserts I bought for my sneakers. They are Doctor Scholls Dyna sport insoles. They were 15 dollars.

Lol! I'm not sure what's worse; the soreness or the abuse I get from my kids! They're having a great time at my expense and I can't even chase after them! Seriously, the walk helped. I don't have to grab the railing as much. Tomorrow's another day. (Maybe I'll be able to sneak up on them and take them by surprise!)

The good thing about muscle soreness today is that if I ever break down and try some weight training, I know EXACTLY what muscles need work!

yeah...I remember the dead legs. After I did Ocean State in '99, we headed straight to the airport and flew to Mexico, dropping the kids off with DH's family in Dallas. (yes, we landed, did not make them jump) I had been planning on showering at the Y before going to Boston, but then I saw the stairs going up to the front door and there was no way.

Arrived at the hotel the next day and yes, 3rd floor, no elevator. It's a conspiracy I tell ya!

Feel better Sharon! Are you going to have a massage? That would be perfect!

Actually she is a lucky woman, I go with her to the gym because I know that makes her want to go. And I want her to get healthier. I go earlier by myself so I can get some serious training in.

You can always motivate hubby by cutting him off.

we've been married over 20 years.....I've tried that one more than once! Eventually, someone has to cave in!
