Subject: RE: Bring on the INSANITY!Good job on day 4! I am not going to lie, it was really hard to get up and get moving this morning. I almost talked myself into switching my off days so I could go back to bed, but then thought 'nope, just friggin' do it'. Needless to say I ended up having a great workout. Today was Insanity Pure Cardio (that $hit is bananas, yo! My other favorite Shawn T quote! ) and I also did Cardio Abs. Usually that starts in week two or three I think, but I'm just adding it in now. Funny on the carpet comment. My workout room is carpeted and I definitely have worn spots where I do the majority of the Insanity workouts! We are doing awesome! |
