45 min 1900 yd swim this am. Half way into chapter 7 of TI at the recommendation from many of you. So far really good and informative. Anxious to start some of the drills. Have a great day all.

60 minutes elliptical trainer

weights: lower body. first time since injection last week. felt fine, just in time for #2 on wednesday.

this coming weekend is when I get to add water. I've got some $$ coming and am going to get a family membership at the Y. Even guilted hubby into saying he'd swim with me. Now to just get him actually into the water.......

Bike trainer for an hour while watching CSI:Miami

(Actually going on a three day work conference and decided to bring my bike and bike trainer with me, as I will only be free in the evenings. Realize that I am sick.)

It was actually above freezing today but it is super windy and they just finished renovations at the Y. They got all new treadmills and recumbent bikes. I really wanted to go there. There is lots of space and windows and lots more equipement now.
30 minute on the rower, 30 minutes on the recumbant bike, 30 minutes eliptical trainer, 30 minutes lifecycle, 30 minutes treadmill. I feel guilty for not swimming but I will definately do that tomorrow.
