AHHHHHH BEAT YA TRIMOM!!! Woooohoooo!!!!! oh boy.. i need to get a life!! lol well, did nothing but sleep today. shins kinda sore today so i am going to take it easy on the running for a while. the pain feels like it is in the bone and deep in the calf. hmmmm dont want to know what it is.... 4 mile run/walk on indoor track.
-walk 4 laps...run 1 mile
-walk 4 laps...run 1 interval mile...ie 1 lap slow 1 lap fast
-walk 4 laps...run 1 mile
-walk 6 laps
Total approximately 4 mile
Work out time a little over 45 mins

Swim
200 warm up
200 kick
4 X 200 swims with 10 sec rest between
200 yd cool down
total 1400 yds
Work out time around 45 mins

15 mile run. Pretty icy, only fell once. It didn't hurt. Longest run since December. Slow and steady.

Ran 4.27 miles in one hour. Ran first 47 minutes walked for 3 minutes ran the remaining 10.

Swam 1300 yards 40 minutes.

Ok, so after I swam 2200m at the YMCA, I went to Barnes and Noble to do a little studying. Of course I had to lock my keys in my car! OY! I live 4miles away, so I decided that I should run to get a spare set. Now I can add a 4mile run in 31minutes to todays workout! I am so strange at times!

Figured I'd get in on this too....I've been having great workouts this week and feel like shouting to the world

1 hr strength training w/ my personal trainer (mostly legs)
15 minute run (1.47 miles)

I'm feeling great!!!
