And it is a happy friday.  Only one more week till the end of my swim schedule.  Yesterday was my Daughter's 2nd birthday and she loved decorating her cake.

Also, I saw the personal trainer for my strength work out.

The only negative is that my mother in law is in town for the weekend.  Sigh. :-P

Happy Friday - I have a sick kid at home and I'm supposed to be somewhere else.  Guess I'll go back to bed with him for a while.  Enjoy your day and weekend everyone!

Thanks.  She seemed to have a good time.  Her big party is Saturday but we had pizza and cake yesterday.   She gets Craig's Cake from verona Saturday.  The best cake EVER.

Okay, back to the crazy day of work that I really wasn't expecting or prepared for. Carry on without me, please. 

Good to know.  Anyway, my favorite at Carl's Cakes is the apricot hazelnut torte.  My daughter loves the grasshopper cake (now that she realizes there are no actual grasshoppers in the cake).

Every time we encounter something like grasshopper cake wherein my child asks me if there are grasshoppers in the cake for a brief moment I want to answer in the affirmative and watch their little minds explode.

In the end though I'm a good boy and tell them the truth.

Hope you have started saving for therapy bills.  Mean daddy.

Their little logic sometimes blows my mind though.  Odd how they can think about things.
