Day 1 of the challenge and I have woken with a nasty headache.  If the meds work, I will hit the pool tonight.

Let's swim like fish, Crabs LOL

Great start everyone. I'll be in the pool tomorrow. Renee has a link to the swim stats in her signature line. If you get a chance double check your goal today and make sure it is correct. After today it is set in stone. Go Crabs!!!

2500 more this morning.   The Crabs get the benefit from a late night out in the cold - I didn't feel like going hunting this morning, so I went to the pool instead.

Is it too late to increase my goal?  Given the extra day, I should set the bar at 15,000 yds.

OK Crabs; we've had a good start to the swim challenge. Let's keep inspiring each other so we can all meet our goals. I'll be back in the pool tomorrow for 1000 to 1200yds.

Okay, so I guess I'm the newest team member. Goal: 15, 000. Dec. 1 did 1650 and Dec. 5 did 1650. Looking forward to a wet month!

Tomorrow's my biggest day in the pool so far.  2800 including a 1k TT.

Everytime I do more than 1500 yds, I think to myself that I've already proven that I am capable of finishing my next oly race distance, now lets get competitive with it.

1650 last night with the Tri Club.  It was what I like to call "Adam's Aqua Boot Camp".  Always a great workout though!

1800 meters today. Sue, I saw on my log my weekly distance totals convert to yards, so you can use that to keep track of my yardage. Thanks. GO CRABS!

No more swimming this week. I'm leaving today to take my girls to an out-of-town swim meet. Hey, can I apply their swim distances to the Swim Challenge, too?! They swim my entire month's goal in one workout! ha, ha. GET IN THE POOL CRABS!

Hi Team,

I am going to try hard to make my goal, but I just found out last week that I am pregnant.  I have been drop-dead tired so I have taken this week off exercising.  We have not shared this info. with anyone yet and don't plan to do so until I make it through the first trimester (yeah I know, posting on a public forum - what's the likely hood of someone knowing me???).  But, I wanted to let the team know so that you don't think I am just jacking off.

I finally made it into the pool! Did 1500 during my lunch today. I got cut off a little earlier than I had planned because I had to get to a class. At least today is the last day so that won't be a problem anymore.
