Melon Presser 52116 | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Determination Yippee! This is the best team ever! I'm so excited to see some former Horny Melons, to have our very own tip-top leader Slugger in the mix, other former teammates, and the others I know or have come across--I'm thrilled that ALL of you are part of this great group! Did you guys know that "Determination" is BT slang for a really nice butt? That's so funny ... I was on Horny Melons, Holiday Knockers, and now Determination ... do we see a trend here? Hopefully, if I meet my goals for this challenge, I will truly have "Determination!" I'm Yanti, I live on beautiful Venice Beach, California, and my main challenge is to get to the starting line of my "official" IMKY training program next month in enough shape to do the program. That will require a definite increase over last month's totals and it will be a real challenge! Best of luck to everybody and let's show our determination!!! Ha, ha, ha, ha ... |

Master 1209 New York, NY | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Determination Hi everyone! I'm Kelli, I live in NYC. Last year was my first season of doing triathlons and I was pretty much instantly addicted. My goal for the month is to get my "determination" back The past couple months my workouts have been pathetic, so I'm looking to get back on track and on a solid training schedule. I really need get back to the pool and increase my running & cycling mileage. I want to *try* to start riding the trainer in the morning before work....once I get in the habit of getting up earlier it's no problem and I'm really good about it, but that first week or so I have the hardest time pulling myself out of bed. And, I love a chatty group!!! |

Extreme Veteran 333 | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Determination Hi everyone! My name is Aimee and I'm in Dallas, Texas and work as an attorney. So jealous of you, Yanti--I lived in Manhattan Beach, CA before moving back to Texas. I miss the sunshiney beach so much! I'm doing IMWI this year, so it's time for me to get my butt back in gear and start working. I hate swimming, so my goal this month is to swim 20 times and do lots of strength training. I'm excited to have a chatty, fun group and can't wait to kick the other team's butts! |

I am not a fan of steak. The family likes it though. I think I'll make myself something else. What's everyone else eating today?? I accidentally ate a croissant with Nutella for breakfast. I couldn't help it. It fell out of the sky and into my mouth. Maybe if you're not a steak fan, you could make yours into part of a stir-fry with delicious veggies? I know that seems like an oxymoron, but it's not. I vow to eat more healthily the rest of the day. Lunch will be breakfast cereal with milk and an apple, and dinner will be a salad with some chicken or shrimp. HA HA HA HA HA! But you never know. I said it and planned it, so it might happen. |

I wonder if I have any nice fresh veggies....I'll have to check! Thanks Yanti! Course I might accidentally eat some pizza instead! ETA: and wine. I do love my wine!
