Subject: Upload to Training Log Not Working

I cannot upload my Garmin data to my Training Log.

Garmin Model:  Forerunner 305
Operating System:  MS Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 2
Browser:  Internet Exploer Version 7.0.5730.13

1.  I select Find Device and it finds mine.
2.  I select Get Data and it retrieves my workout.
3.  I select Upload to Training Log and I receive an error message stating something went wrong and I should contact BT Support.

Becky, this is due to some invalid characters in your HR Zones.

We now use these fields to calculate the Time in Zones values during the upload so we had to change the rules for acceptable formatting.  If you go in and edit your HR zones to remove the > and < symbols it will work. The zones should be in the format of nnn - nnn. The HR Zone calculator page will now enforce this formatting. Let me know if you'd like me to do this for you.
