Subject: Run this Sunday
For those of you training for a fall marathon or who have that one last HIM planned, we are doing a group run at the Suwanee Greenway this Sunday at 8am. Meet at the McGinnis Ferry access point on the Suwanee Greenway. It's right next to the Suwanee Sports Academy.

Address is below:

3640 Burnette Rd
Suwanee, GA 30024

I'm doing 10-14 miles and there are a few others doing 18 miles. Pace is around 10-11 min/mile.

All right, heathens!  I can't join you on Sunday because I'll be at church. 

However, if anyone wants to do their long run on Friday morning, pmail me and we can set up a time.  I'm to do 15 (maybe even 16) at about the same pace with potty breaks.

This is my absolute favorite place to run in the greater Atlanta area ... it has mixture of everything: gentle hills, cart path, boardwalk, trails and, unfortunately, a smattering of concrete (> 1/2mi).

Awesome place to log a long run as there are water fountains throughout and since it is an out/back trail, you are able to reload nutrition when you run by your car.
