Plug that into the BT calculator to set your zones. There is also a run field test that is similar. Keep in mind, that your run HR average should be about 7 to 10 bpm higher than your bike average. To be honest, I never tried to figure out my swim zones as it's too hard to really get a good HR while swimming I have found. Even with a HRM. I just go by feel with that.
