 Comments: I carried my own water bottle so I wouldn't have to slow down at the water stations. It lasted me until almost mile 12 and then I tossed it. Was perfect amount not too much not too little. Carried 2 powerade gels also. Only used one, because at mile 8 they passed out a carb boom gel so I had that also. What would you do differently?: stretched more  Post race Warm down: Walk back to car What limited your ability to perform faster: Pop in left calf at mile 12.5. Had to limp the rest of the way in. Got up and had toast, peanut butter, banana and coffee. Headed out early to find parking etc.
Did some light running and walked around some.
