Subject: moving my training plan
How do i start my training plan on a specific date. i would like to "backdate" the plan to concide with my race. Thanks in advance for your help

Go to your Planned Training Log and click on the Copy/Move/Delete link. A window will pop up with tools to modify your training plan.

Using the By Date tab you can either use the Move method to shift everything to the dates you want or delete what's currently there and reimport the plan to end on your race date.
