Subject: Kudos to Janet Fraser of Trisport Canada

Just wanted to share the excllent customer-service experience I had with Trisport Canada.

At last year's Guelph II Sprint we had really bad weather. The high winds resulted in disc wheel restrictions and swim cancellations. It was one of those nightmarishly tough days for race organizers and in the confusion with the disc wheels I didn't get a chance to race that day.

I contacted Janet and she made it right. She didn't have to, but she helped me re-register for a make-up race. Thanks Janet.
