run was fairly uneven, worse than real through the woods trails in my opinion.

not much, start off a bit slower.

not much, lack of training in swamps??

it was a very small race but 2nd overall in chicks is pretty cool:)

first lap was 7:47, way too fast, the rest were pretty good.
Course: it was the high school cross country course. basically the entire course was through fields, kinda boring until you throw two weeks of rain into the mix. the rain left 1/3 of the course under 4+ inches of water. that was one muddy but damn fun run!

Hey nice run there Swamp Mistress...maybe you should change your name to "Swampy"!!  I can't even hold that pace on the road, never mind in the bayou.  LOL
