Subject: What to wear for sprint tri

Hello Smile

I am doing my first tri next weekend (Vancouver Subaru) and doing the sprint. I have a wetsuit. And I am wondering what to wear??

Do you have tri shorts/top?  What do you usually wear on the bike/run?  I wear my tri shorts and top under my wetsuit, then I don't have to change at all.  Good luck in your first tri and have fun!

Trying to put cycling shorts and jersey on a wet body is no easy task. If you have tri shorts and a form fitting top, put that on under the wet suit. I don't recommend regular cycling shorts with a thick chamois as it'll hold too much water and feel rather uncomfortable on the ride and run.

Also, there is no need to change clothes (except for shoes) from the bike to the run.
