Subject: Can we PLEASE have links at the bottom of pages??

Same as what is in the Race Reports section where you read someone's race report (and hopefully comment on them saying nice things and being encouraging) but at the bottom of the page there are links back to the main Race Reports Forum as well as back to the main menu of forums.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make this a standard thing across the board for the site.

Does a degree or two difference between two frames(head and/or seat tube) really make that much of a difference when it comes to fit?

I suffer from pain in the bottom of my left heel after my run. It doesn't hurt when I run but as the day goes on the pain worsens.

The bottom of my feet, more specifically the arches, have been sore off an on for a couple of weeks. Should I be worried? Anything I should do to prevent this?

If you have the desire to get better you should think about implementing some sport rotation into your season. Letting your body focus on one event at time will help it adapt more quickly.
