When I try to upload photos to my race report, I get the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Maximum request length exceeded.

I tried again today and got what appears to be the same error message.

I can tell you by that error message that the photo is too big. Try resizing or compressing the photo so it is less than 4mb.
