Subject: Calorie intake vs calories burned?
I'm trying to switch over to using BT as my calorie tracker alongside my training log. I am seeing everything recorded with Garmin imports showing calories burned for sessions, but no daily totals showing total lifestyle + exercise calories burned for the day .

The food input is OK so far, though the database is a little tricky to find foods sometimes (all sites seem to have this issue). I'm seeing a total daily calorie intake count OK.

I'd like to be able to quickly see the net daily calorie numbers of intake vs (lifestyle + exercise). This number helps me monitor progress throughout the day, especially on extra heavy/light training days, so that I can hit my target deficit.

Am I just overlooking this data or not finding the report somewhere?

I see that your default view is your training calender, if you click on 'My Training Blog', you will see:

  • CALORIES: 1562 From fat:866.5 (97.03g, 55.47%), From Carbs:288.05 (72.58g, 18.44%),Protein:407.45 (102.66g, 26.09%)
  • CALORIES OUT: 2950 From lifestyle:2552, From activities:397, Net loss:-1388

I believe this is what you want?

YOU CAN ALSO go to your nutrition log, and in the 'My Nutrition Blog' view there is a minicalendar that you can go into the settings to set your intake calorie target thresholds so that you can easily see if you are under or over on input calories.
