Subject: Calorie intake vs calories burned? I'm trying to switch over to using BT as my calorie tracker alongside my training log. I am seeing everything recorded with Garmin imports showing calories burned for sessions, but no daily totals showing total lifestyle + exercise calories burned for the day .
The food input is OK so far, though the database is a little tricky to find foods sometimes (all sites seem to have this issue ). I'm seeing a total daily calorie intake count OK.
I'd like to be able to quickly see the net daily calorie numbers of intake vs (lifestyle + exercise ). This number helps me monitor progress throughout the day, especially on extra heavy/light training days, so that I can hit my target deficit.
Am I just overlooking this data or not finding the report somewhere? |
