Subject: Changing Training Paces
Is there a way to change the paces for swim, run, and bike? I left the default numbers when I set up my log but I want to put in the correct numbers.

Thanks
Kim

Kim,

Not after you have created and sent the plan to your log.  What are your paces?  If it's not much off from the default, I wouldn't change anything.  Otherwise, you would have to recreate and resend it to your log.

Let me know those paces and we'll see if it will be much of a difference.

I gave it lower numbers for run and bike, but the swim is faster. Over a period of 4 months I am hoping to improve on that time especially with the cooler months coming up. Can you tell me which matters more. The distance or the time? I am assuming the distance you go is based on the amount of time it takes?
