That assumes, however, that you don't already have some depth of background in cycling. Just because you're on the beginner triathlete site doesn't mean you're necessarily a beginner in each discipline. ANYway... Yes, probably the best place to start is to incorporate the OLY bike plan into the otherwise sprint program, and do a lot of transition runs off the bike, especially the long ride days.
