Hi all newbie here

Hi

I'm 36 old male who used to do a lot of sports has a teen but then work and family didn't let much time left.

Got interested with tri a couple years ago but only now decided to actually have a go.

So my goal is to follow the beginner program 8 months to get a bit fitter and to finish a tri race, sprint distance in May.

I do have a lot of beginner questions but i will put them on the appropriate section.
