43 miles on the bike followed up with a 2 mile brick run. Got it all in before it had a chance to get too warm. Have a great day everyone!

Beautiful weather here for a 1:04 run, some of it on trails. (Mostly flat ones, with no rocks or tree roots to trip over, since there aren't any trees out there. I managed to avoid tripping over my own feet.) 60's this morning, supposed to get up to about 90 later, triple digits next week.

Got a good 25 mile (one way) ride in. Mid Day in the heat.

Chilled out in the afternoon, kids had a Super Smash Bros tournament...very interesting dynamic.
