I’ve been reading Matt Dixon a lot as well as tuning into his podcast. He has had a lot of good results getting people faster in the marathon by having them become a multi sport athlete. Less burnout and injury with improved times. Hopefully you will have the same result.
Easy 2.5 mile run for me this evening. Legs felt a lot better tonight compared to last night. Want to dabble in a few 5k races and then maybe hit some half marathons and marathons later in the fall and winter. |
