Subject: RE: 10.30.2019 It's feeling Hot Hot Hot I cannot imagine being hot anymore (despite my username )! After a cool and very rainy September and most of October, it is now super-cold and dry. Really Idaho/Colorado type weather; not sure why it is doing this in Oregon but I will take 30's and sunny over 30's, wet snow and black ice. I guess we are getting California's high-pressure front with the winds and dry weather, but minus any of the heat. Plus we are pretty wet here after about 6 days of rain a week since mid-September, so I doubt we are in much danger of fires.
45 minute run with some pickups on our school track after work. It's dirt/gravel and about 6 laps to the mile, but beautifully situated on a hilltop so (until the time change, at least, unless I start running earlier and then going back in to finish my work ) I've been able to enjoy the sunsets and twilight while I run. |
