I just logged in and out of the mobile app and did not have a problem. We haven't had any other reports of people not being able to access the mobile app.
I'm sure you've already checked this, but maybe caps lock is turned on on your mobile device? Or you have two different usernames/accounts here and didn't notice that?
What is the error you receive? Does it say "Incorrect password" or something else? |
