Subject: Move the training plan I imported to different days  I imported the 16 week training plan, but I'd like to have my off days be Monday and Friday rather than sunday and thursday. This means i'd like to shift the entire 16 week scheduled so the first workout is on Sunday 1/7 rather than on monday 1/8??? I'm new to the site and would love some guidance. I thought maybe changing the "week start" day in my training log set up might move the workouts but that didn't do it.
