Subject: Move the training plan I imported to different days
I imported the 16 week training plan, but I'd like to have my off days be Monday and Friday rather than sunday and thursday. This means i'd like to shift the entire 16 week scheduled so the first workout is on Sunday 1/7 rather than on monday 1/8??? I'm new to the site and would love some guidance. I thought maybe changing the "week start" day in my training log set up might move the workouts but that didn't do it.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Use this tutorial, this should be pretty easy to do:

You can do this two ways:

  1. Use the 'move' funtion in your 'planned training' to move the entire plan behind one day.
  2. OR 'delete' all of your 'planned training' and reimport the plan with the start date as 1/7

Thanks Ron. I wasn't sure about the dates on the move page.... didn't trust that it would work the way I thought it should.... but it worked just right. Thanks for replying so promptly. Now I can quit worrying about the technology part and start concentrating on the training part....enough procrastinating already.
