Perhaps number of sessions working the abs? total time? I so need this challenge, I promised myself last month I would restart in earnest! I like the number of sessions idea, count me in for 16 sessions in March. As for the before and after photo idea. I plan on losing 6 lbs this month while doing the March S-B-R challenge so I'll do it for the fun of it  If someone wants to captain this challenge, I'll setup the ABS spreadsheet for you to use. Any rules yet? How about... - Week is Monday-Sunday
- 5 weeks, 3/1-3/4, 3/5/3/11, 3/12-3/18, 3/19-3/25, 3/26-3/31
- Must log all abs core workouts in 'Strength training' or
- 'Sports' such as Pilates / Yoga core exercises counts as a workout
- Before and After pix are for fun...
- Those that don't meet the challenge must give themselves a Britney Spears shave!
