Anyone Riding Friday Morning July 3 ?

I might be in for this.  Can't run but I can ride, just can't pound up the hills.  You don't have to wait for me just wave to me once in a while as you go past me. 

Do you need something flatter then ILRA?  Seems like that could cause you further injury.

   But I want to play.  I hate this. You are probably right.  I'll just go out to Stoney.       I finally get a day off and this happens.    

Kimm are you hanging with the FAST group @ 10?  With the swim that's getting to be a little to late for me. 

I'm out, going up north Thursday AM.

In other news, though, looks like I've got time on my hands in July, starting next Tuesday. Should have LOTS of time to work out.

I might be able to come out. Not sure if I can ride that long, and I'm sure I can't go fast but I need to swim....so....can I join??

Sure, but your talking partner, oops I mean swim buddy will be at work.

I was thinking the morning, 9am or so.  I am flexible.  I would love the company.
