Subject: 25 MINUTESI'm not one for horn tooting, but I just gotta today. Did the Santa Barbara Long Course tri today (1 mile/34 mile/10 mile) for the second year in a row, wanted to improve on my 4:15 of last year, at least beat 4:00 I beat last year, by 25 minutes going 3:50! And while each leg improved, it's my run that I am most proud of: Swim 2007 - 26:39 2008 - 24:38 Bike 2007 - 1:56:06 2008 - 1:49:01 Run 2007 - 1:47:10 2008 - 1:31:50!!! Woot! 10:43 average to 9:11 (Bike course was .6 mile shorter than last year due to construction but had slightly more climbing.)
