Subject: Restart Training: 4 days of training each week for the next 30 days!Well it sounds easy and even under par for most of you out there, however this challenge is meant for people whom for some reason dropped from the athletic discipline.
The aim of this challenge is to regain that athletics discipline, starting with 4 days of training per week, every week for the next 4 weeks.
The days may alternate but you have to have 4 active days between Monday to Sunday each week.
I always have a busy schedule with lots of international traveling and in the next 4 weeks I will also have some vacation time.
Nevertheless, I will still succeed in my plan.
You can join any time, and go on for the next 4 weeks following your sign-up.
BONUS: 1 hour non-stop walking with a steady pace will count as a valid training day (for injury recovery and fatty reasons ).
WEEKLY WEIGHT TRACKING: Optional, I am starting at a solid 92kg.
