I love this new show! We're only 2 episodes in of a 13 ep season. I hope it gets picked up for more.

We can already see the usual "she loves the Motherland" vs. him "lets defect" major storyline. And obviously the blonde girl who is "in love" with Philip is going to be a major liability.

I *loved* the scene where the FBI agent went into the garage and Philip was waiting...ohhhh...

Great show!

I wonder if she isn't a spy as well.

I assumed she was. She's the "wife" of one of the DOJ's execs, or something? She was the one taking pictures in the study during the party.

You're right, I think the blonde is a "wife" to someone in the DOJ.  It was the way she left the car when she was in it with Philip that threw up a flag for me.  Something just didn't seem right about it.

I'm a big fan as well. It's quickly jumping up my list of must watch shows. Its set in the year I was born so its cool to see what was high-tech and cutting edge during that time period. After that Russian spy ring was arrested and deported a few years back, it makes it seem all the more realistic as well.

Oh yes, I agree. They're making her out to be totally unstable and an emotional liability. It'll be interesting for sure!

Love the music in the show as well; heard "Tusk" by Fleetwood Mac during a chase scene in the pilot.  Ratings dropped off a lot in the second week, but being a cable channel, they probably won't panic and pull the plug live the big networks do.

That scizo-Doctor drama Do No Harm was pulled after two episodes.

I sure hope they don't pull the plug. The show seems like it has a lot of potential.

I am really liking this show. It's quite intriguing. Though I'm going to guess that it won't stick around for very long. They need to keep up the intensity they had in the first episode.

Just watched the pilot online. Maintaining intensity will be the ongoing challenge.

Episodes #2 & #3 weren't as intense, for sure. I still like it though. I like the intrigue between the FBI guy and the Russians. I think they're overplaying the relationship aspects a little too much. Just kill some people and steal some secrets. Keep it real, man!

No, it was not as intense. For instance, they could have showed killing the wife of the dead operative, but they didn't. However, she obviously wasn't important for the story, so no need. I liked that they didn't kill the baby though!

I still like it. Hoping it continues!

What was in the brief case that Phillip picked up?  Was it the plans that were mentioned earlier that was going to make the Russians defenseless?

Also, I thought that the agents couldn't tell anyone who they were or their backstory?  It seems like Elizabeth told Rob a lot of information.

Pillow talk.

Sounds like the Kennedy assassination will be the next subject line, looking forward to that.

Love this show. The plot twists are very tightly written. I love the way they are trying to maintain "normal" lives including the home life and kids while being spies at the same time.

I loved the way the son stood up for his sister.

I love how Elizabeth beat the snot out of the old lady for the interrogation.  I suspect such retaliation wont go unpunished.

That was awesome. OK I'm going to call it -- FBI boy is going to sleep with the Russian girl, and she's going to end up dead, and he's going to be angrrrrrryyyyy!

That was great! I called it during the interrogation, that it was the Russians, not the FBI.

Yeah, the Russian mole is going to end up dead.

I figured early on that it had to be a test, otherwise the show ends. It was still compelling, even with what you knew had to be coming.

And i know that it's just hollywood magic, but Keri Russell should go MMA. Felicity has come a long way, and kicks major tail. I like. Oh yes.

I wonder if the timeline will go far enough that some plot background will be everyone talking about the TV movie "The Day After." Somehow my parents let me watch that. It's been a long time since tv was so limited that almost everyone saw the same thing and it entered the cultural zeitgeist on every level.

Oh yes, I said the same thing. "If they're made already, then what happens with the show?"

And continuining the theme of "what has to happen next" eventually they have to defect or turn double agent. I believe the show will run out of ways to make them sympathetic characters, and though I like it, I wouldn't put it up there in Breaking Bad territory yet where we know this summer, Walt's story will not end well, nor have we come to root for him anymore.

The interrogation was interesting.  I thought it had to be a set up considering how careful Phillip & Elizabeth are.  The beating will definately come back to haunt them.

I thought the guy in the car that picked up the kids is tied to the Russians somehow.  Did anyone notice the American flag on the hood of the car above the headlight?
