Subject: Oliver 1/2 racers...maybe it wasn't so bad after all.

Yes the morning was about as crappy as can get for a June race but since then the weather has been down right pissy!

Went for a short ride Mon morning (6:30am) with my daughter and I wore a double layer long sleeve, gloves, and booties. She decided to go warmer yet and put on tights. I think it was about 12 deg. with sporadic (cold) rain through out the ride.

Today we made a high of 15 (with more rain).

yeah, well wait til you see what vancouver is about to send your way, i think we had a high today of 12C. Thank goodness the Half was on Sunday, getting Monday's or todays weather would've actually been worse!

Yeah, I guess when you look at what we "could've" got, then that wasn't so bad. I was cold on the first lap of the bike, but after that it started to get better. Saturday was an amazing day, and Monday afternoon wasn't so bad!
