Subject: RE: Help With Run Workout3 sets of (7 minutes at RPE 7-8 followed by 2 minute recovery at RPE of 2). So 3 x 9 minutes for the main set. This is not a true "tempo" workout, it is more tempo paced intervals. A tempo workout would be holding the RPE 7-8 for 20 - 45 minutes continuous. Not that there is anything wrong with that ... just not the way I would classify the workout if I was to prescribe something like it. |
