I entered a route today and attempted to save it and I got a message that the route was unable to be saved, please report it here. The route was then gone. Please help me fix this.
John, I've been able to save a couple of test routes using different browsers. It's possible that this was the result of an internet connection problem. Have you had any problems with internet connectivity today?

No - but I went back and did the same route and it worked fine, so ummmmmmm nevermind.
