A friend has offered to let me use their Zipp disk wheel for my upcoming HIM. Any issues using it with my stock front wheel? Thanks...Jason

Nope.  Of course, a front aero wheel by itself generally reduces drag more than just a rear one.

How much of a benefit can i expect to see with this set up? I plan on averaging 20-20.5 mph for the bike without the disk.

Several seconds per kilometer...

This is just me, but I would probably pass.  I think the nerves of riding someone else's $1000 wheel would not be worth the time savings for me.  I would think of the issues that could arise if I crashed or damaged it...

BTW, is your bike set up for it?  As in, does it have a carbon rim (the wheel?).  If so, you need brake pads for a carbon rim.  ALSO, is it a tubular?  If so, you may need to pack an extra tire along with tubes for your front.
