Subject: adding workouts
I imported a sprint plan to my calendar. However, I'm also training for a marathon and would like to 1. add a few extra runs and 2. make a few of the runs longer. How can I do this? I know how to copy/paste/delete, but there doesn't seem to be an edit workout or add new workout to the planned calendar. Thanks!

Here is how I do it if I want to add some additional runs or workouts.  In the “jump to” area of your training log, put your cursor over blog, then planned.  From there it will show you your planned workouts for the month.  You can pick a day and go into it by clicking “training” and then modifying it by adding or changing around things as you see fit.  I’m not for sure on how to put 2 plans into your schedule though.

It works just like the Actual log, just go to your Planned Training log as described here and enter/edit the workouts just as you would in your Actual Training.
