I have been using the silver medal IM plan. I use the comments listed for each planned activity. How do I know if I have a BRick day? Should I assume that a Run and Bike on the same day are BRicks? I have been splitting my activities up...eg. I run in the morning and bike at night. Should I plan my own BRicks?
NO! That's the wrong assumption. Always assume they are NOT bricks unless they specifically say so. I have followed the intermediate and the advanced plans for my two IM's and I'm SURE they are specific when they want you to do bricks.
