What the heck, my jeans just keep getting looser Pre-race carb ups are fun But I have to get mine done early in the day. Just finished 2 big bowls of yogurt mixed with organic (low fat and sugar, not the usual) granola and banana slices. Spaghetti for dinner but I can't overdo it at night, I wake up feeling icky. |
