Subject: I love pre-race carb-ups :)
I basically need to force-feed myself in order to get enough carbs over the next 1.5 days which is a nice change from carefully watching my daily intake and logging everything.  I'm looking for about 1200g of carbs between now and dinner tomorrow night...that's a lot of wheat pasta!  Bean and cheese burrito and a bowl of Greek pasta salad for luch today.

My friends wonder how I can eat so much and still stay lean.  They begin to understand when I tell them I burned 3000+ calories training that morning.  Then the question becomes how I can possible train for 3-4 hours straight

yeah, I have really stopped watching everything I eat as long as I stay on the good side of healthy, and I've stopped beating myself up when I splurge.  What the heck, my jeans just keep getting looser

Pre-race carb ups are fun   But I have to get mine done early in the day.  Just finished 2 big bowls of yogurt mixed with organic (low fat and sugar, not the usual) granola and banana slices.  Spaghetti for dinner but I can't overdo it at night, I wake up feeling icky.
