What is the best way to get a graph or report that shows my average weekly mileage running over x number of weeks? I can get a graph that shows individual weekly volume, then add the total and divide by number of weeks, but it seems to me there must be an automated way to run that report. Am I missing something?

Use the Avg. Dist graph. There aren't graphs for individual sports, but it will give you the data you're looking for.

Don't think that's it unless I'm reading it wrong. That seems to show what the average per session is, like all runs for the week averaged out to 7 miles per run. What I want is a chart that shows my average weekly run mileage over a given time period, like since 1/1/11 I've averaged 25 miles per week.
