I would use the data (in Excel) to compare my daily weight, calorie intake (and the source of the calories) and workout duration/intensity. Although there are some good guidelines on the 'average person' I am curious as to my specific dietary needs and performance results around them. Also, although I can add 'Water' as a meal in my nutrition log, I would find it useful if this could be tracked similar to nutrition, but as its own category. It would be possible to have a section to determine sweat rate in each discipline (weight after-before+water consumed), and then allow users to see an over/under on their daily water consumption needs. Great log so far, keep the updates coming! |
