Subject: Training Buddy in Dubai

Hi everyone, my name is Peter and I live in Dubai,

I have  had a couple of Tri Coaches and have been working through the training plans. i am looking for training buddies in the area of the springs, JBR, Jumeriah Hills  Tecom etc.  doesnt have to be for all of the  training. to be honest i struggle more with the core work in the gym.  I think having someone else to train with and have a chat about things woudl be beneficial to me.

let me know if there is anyone out there interested, i am at a begginer level really.. so shouldnt be too tough

As I recall you need to contact a moderator,probably Ron in this case. Indoiron Yanti and I had the idea for the SE Asia forum, but she did the legwork for it. We've had people from as far away as India and Japan join in, but maybe it's time for a Middle East forum! I know we occasionally get posters from Africa, too. A former colleague who's an avid runner just moved to Dubai.....guessing there must be some kind of running community among the many expats there, if nothing else. You could try FB to get a group together.
