why are my goals crossed out?

Heya,

So everyday, I log onto BT faithfully, and every day, I notice that all of my short-term goals have strike-out dashes through them.  So I swear. Then I go and tinker in the control panel and try to remove the strike-throughs.

Sometimes I am sucessful, sometimes I am not. Can someone fix that? It's kind of demoralizing to see "have fun" and "find a better-paying, meaningful job" marked through as canceled (b/c I know they aren't accomplished yet).
