Subject: Problem exporting training log

I wanted to backup all of my BT training log data.  I normally do an export of the current year once a month.  I wanted to export everything I have entered in BT as a year end task.  I am getting an error in both Firefox and Chrome when I try to do this.  The date range was 2006-1-1 through 2011-12-31.

This webpage is not found

Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.

You're exporting over 5 years worth of workouts so it was timing out due to the amount of data. We've increased the timeout to ten minutes.  If it's still a problem, try breaking it into date ranges.

Actually after looking at your error, we were updating that file at the exact moment you were trying to use it which resulted in that error. The same advice still applies though.
