Subject: Volume graph
Got a new lap top and the volume graph on my log won't show up. It just has the x-out box. Any suggestions???

Hi Brett,

The new machine probably doesn't have java installed and/or configured. We have an article here that describes how to check for this and configure it. If this doesn't take care of the problem, post here and we'll get it figured out.

Thanls for the help. I guess I should have expected that my computer didn't have the soft ware installed. Cheap computers mean no preloaded goodies. The link to java was not recognized but just went to homepage and downloaded from there. Your a lot better then the IT department at work!!!!!!
