What would you do differently?: Watch bouy's more closely. Transition 1
Comments: Went well, except for foot and abdominal cramping during T1 Bike
Comments: Would have done a lot better with a tri-bike. Used mountain bike, with road tires. Transition 2

Comments: Went well, kept good pace What would you do differently?: Run harder, went very quickly and I think I could have finished sub 6:30 Post race
