Subject: Bold, Underline, Italics?
Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but is there a way to make text bold, underlined, or italicized in the new system? Maybe I'm missing it, but I couldn't find a way...

That appears to be a user specific setting.  Turn it on by clicking the Hello drop down in the upper right corner and going to settings

Hello > Settings > Forum Settings > General > Set "Use rich editor for blog and forum posts?" to Yes
